Rob Kardashian Receives Restraining Order

Rob Kardashian was given a temporary restraining from ex-Black Chyna. Blac Chyna went through the courts because Rob Kardashian, her daughter’s father, was posting explicit images of her on social media within these last few weeks.

James E. Blancarte, the Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner, granted this temporary order based on the finding that Blac Chyna claims that Rob was abusing her, leaving her unconscious and with bruises.

Blac Chyna, real name Angela White, wrote in her court statement that Rob has been violent toward her a lot in the past and is now afraid to be around him. The temporary restraining order issued for Rob will not allow him within one-hundred yards of Blac Chyna, her current residents, her car or even her workplace. He also cannot come in contact with his daughter they have together, Dream.

Lisa Bloom, Blac Chyna’s attorney says she is happy with the outcome. The judge gave them everything they asked for. Lisa Bloom said that the temporary restraining order will be in effect immediately. It will remain in force until August 8th, 2017. August 8th will be the next hearing for both Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna. As for Blac Chyna, she has gone straight to the courts less than a week ago due to the disrespect her ex-fiancé has put her through.

Bloom blames Rob for being a cyber-bully. Rob’s attorney said his main concern was the previous couple’s young child. Blossom said in court that babysitters would deal with child exchanges while the request is in place. Rob did not show up at Monday’s hearing. His legal advisor Robert Shapiro apologized for his clients actions.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna reported their engagement in April 2016 and featured in an E! reality special about their relationship. Their little girl, Dream Kardashian, was born last November. Rob is the younger sibling of Kim Kardashian. He was apart family’s hit show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
