On the upcoming Friday, October 27th, 2017 famous golfer Tiger Woods and his lawyer are expected to appear in court. The court hearing is due to back in May of 2017 when the pro-golfer fell asleep while driving his Mercedes-Benz in Jupiter. The court hearing will be at the North County Government Center which is in Palm Beach County.
The Palm Beach County Court House is only thirteen miles away from the famous golfer’s situation that occured back in May. The Judge who will be deciding Tiger Woods fate is Judge Sandra Bosso-Pardo. Be that as it may, the trial will begin at one thirty in the afternoon.
Recent news says Tiger Woods must be present for his upcoming court hearing along the side of his lawyer.
Tiger Woods hearing was suppsse to be on August 9th, 2017. However, there was another change to the date. He was then suppose to go on October 24 which was Tuesday. The hearing will now occur on Friday, October 27th, 2017 at 1:30 pm in the same courthouse. This information comes public information officer for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court Administrator Mrs. Debra Oats. As of now, no knows why there was a change in dates for Tiger’s court trial. His lawyer Douglas Duncan did not want to comment on the situation.
Douglas Duncan, who is the pro-golfer Tiger Woods attorney says that he is in the beginning procces of his first DUI offender program since the event. The 15th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’ Office Mike Edmondson says Woods is expected to stay enrolled in his DUI offender program until further notice. Palm Beach Country officials are currently in charge of the DUI offender program. The agenda for DUI offenders was began in 2013 and requires the defenders to plead guilty to drinking under the influence. After the final class, Palm Beach County drops the DUI charge.
