Jon Flanagan Of Liverpool Faces Charges

Jon Flanagan was accused of kicking his girlfriend in an abusive assault and recently has was at a courthouse. The Liverpool footballer will not be facing any jail time in reported the courts that are dealing with his case.

The footballer, who’s twenty-five years old, pleaded guilty in a court of law on January 2nd, 2018. His charges consist of constant assault by physically abusing his girlfriend. The young woman Rachael Wall reported the beating by Jon Flanagan on December 22nd, 2017. His girlfriend, Rachael Wall says she was kicked by the Liverpool Footballer around 3:20 in the morning. They were at the Duke Street which is in Liverpool City Center.

The District Judge of Liverpool Mrs. Wendy Lloyd says she was able to see the whole scene between Jon Flanagan and Rachael Wall. The breakdown of CCTV caught the entire incident, proving that Jon Flanagan did assault Rachael Wall on serval times and at one point he even kicked her. Mrs. Wendy Lloyd, the District Judge of Liverpool, says it is clear that this was a prolonged assault and not just one time of violence. However, the victim Rachael Wall did not state to the judge, and the case went on.

Both Jon Flanagan and Rachael Wall admit to being under the influence of alcohol of the night of the incident. They believe that played a big part in all of the confusion. The couple has been together for eighteen months and wanted better for their relationship. Jon Flanagan is now on probation and may face a community penalty.
